You can download the POPcomms iPad app from the Apple App Store.
The app is currently in beta, and functionality will continue to expand over time.
Setting Up the App
Once the iPad app has been installed, you will be asked to enter your account domain and experience number.
For example:
Account domain: marketing
Experience number: 59
If you are unsure as to what account domain and experience number to use then please contact our support team.
Once entered, the iPad will open that specific experience in kiosk mode.
Changing the Experience or Downloading Content for Offline Use
To change the experience number, check for updates, or download content for offline use, you will need to access the app settings.
While the experience is open, tap the four corners of the screen in the following order:
- Top left
- Top right
- Bottom right
- Bottom left
You will then be asked to enter a PIN.
Enter:
1986
From the settings screen, you can:
- Download content for offline use
- Change the experience number
- Check for updates
