How to log into the platform

To login to the platform, each company has been set up with a unique URL. This URL will be structured like this:

companyname.popcomms.app

You must use the URL that has been provided to your account administrators.

To log in

Enter the URL provided to you into any browser with a working internet connection.

If you have been provided an email address and password, then enter these and click “Continue“.

If you have an account, but have not been provided with a password, or have forgotten it, then follow the Reset Password instructions.

Reset Password

To reset your password:

  • Click “Reset Password” on the login screen
  • Input your email address
  • The system will then send you a link to your email address to change your password.

Passwords must not include the company name or your first or last name
