Creating Tokens

  1. Within the EMS navigation – select Tokens
  2. Press “Generate Tokens”
  3. Select –
    • How many tokens you wish to generate
    • When they should expire
  4. Press “Confirm”
  5. Your tokens will now be listed on screen
  6. Press “Continue”
  7. Your tokens are also listed on this dashboard view

Managing Tokens

  1. Within the EMS navigation – select Tokens
  2. Under the column “Token” is a list of all tokens, with a button to easily copy the token to your clipboard
  3. Under the column “Identifier” you can enter a friendly name to remind you where the token is to be, or being used
  4. Under the column “Status” it will inform you if a token is being used or available
  5. Under the column “Expiry” is when the token is set to expire
  6. Under the column “Actions”
    • If the token is ‘In Use’ then you have the option to retract the token – therefore ensuring the device in use can no longer access your experiences
    • All tokens can be deleted, which will automatically retract the token in use, and ensures it cannot be used in the future

Assigning Tokens

  1. On the machine you wish to use a token, navigate to your tenancy URL: e.g. https://domain.popcomms.app/
  2. At the login screen, select the option “Sign in with Device Token”
  3. Enter the device token and press “Continue”
  4. Check the right token is being used and press “Confirm”
  5. You can now access all published experiences
