Restricted-Access Experiences

You can limit access to certain experiences to specific user groups or individual users.

By default, experiences are not restricted-access and can be accessed by any authorized-user.

Restrict Access

To make an experience restricted-access, when you are within an experience, go to the “Access” tab. Then click “Restricted” within the Restrict Access panel.

A label of “Access Restricted” will appear indicating that it is now a restricted-access experience. Click “Save” in the top right-hand corner to apply this change.

By default no user groups or individual users are added. Any user accessing the experience will see this message.

When viewing a list of your experiences, a label of “Restricted” is added to all restricted-access experiences.
