By default, fulfilment emails from the platform will use the domain “@popcomms.app”

Please follow these steps to use your domain instead.
Setting up DNS records
- Please provide the domain (e.g. example.com) you wish to use.
- We will then add the domain to our systems.
- We will then provide ‘DKIM’ and ‘Return-Path’ DNS records to authenticate your domain, for example:

- Please send these DNS records to a member of your IT team who has access to your domain’s DNS. They will then need to add the provided records to your domain’s DNS.
Once the DNS records have been added to your domain, you can customise the Email Fulfilment Settings.
Customising the Email Fulfilment Settings
The below steps use “info@example.com” as an example.

- Go to “Settings”
- Go to “Email Fulfilment”
- Under Email Server, select “Custom”
- In Sender Name, enter the sender name you wish to use (e.g. “Big Green Revolution”).
- In Sender Address, enter the email address username you wish to use (e.g. “info”)
- The preview will update accordingly, to illustrate what a recipient would see in their email inbox when receiving an email.
- Click “Save” in the top right hand corner of the page.
