Additional profile fields can be added for your registered users to complete.
These can be created within “Settings” and the accordion “Users”.

Managing Additional Profile Fields
Add an additional profile field
To add an additional profile field, click “Add Field”.
Then enter a label for the field and select a field type.

Hide additional profile field from users
To hide an additional profile field from appearing on a user profile, uncheck the enable checkbox at the start of a field row.

Reorder additional profile fields
To reorder the additional profile fields as they appear within a user profile. Click and hold the four dots at the start of a field row, then move up and down accordingly.

Delete an additional profile field
To delete an additional profile field, click the delete icon at the end of a field row.

Additional Profile Field Types
Text
Add a simple text box for users to enter any text.
Phone
Add a predefined phone input field box.
Add a text box for users to enter an email address.
Date
Add a predefined date picker for users to select a date.
Text Area
Add a large text box for users to enter a longer length of text.
Radio
Add a range of definable choices for users to select from. A radio input allows users to tick one option only.
Checkbox
Add a range of definable choices for users to select from. A checkbox input allows users to tick one to many options.
Dropdown
Add a range of definable choices for users to select from. A dropdown input allows users to select one to many options.

Add Options
To add options for users to choose from click “Add Option”.

Reorganise Options
To reorder the options as they appear within a user profile. Click and hold the four dots at the start of an option row, then move up and down accordingly.

Delete Options
To delete an option, click the delete icon at the end of an option row.
