Managing Users Within a User Group

From the left-hand menu, select “User Groups” and select the relevant group.

Adding Users to a User Group

Within the user group, click on “Add user” or “Add user to this group”.

A dropdown list will appear, allowing you to select users. Select the user, and then click “Add” to include them in the user group.

Remove Users from a User Group

Within the user group, on the user you wish to remove, click on “Remove” and confirm you would like them removed from the group.

Managing User Groups within a User

From the left-hand menu, select “Users” and select the relevant user.

Within the particular user, scroll down to the section “Groups”.

Add User Groups to a User

Click on the link “Add firstname lastname to another group“, and select the relevant groups that you’d like to add to user to, and then click “Add” to include them in the user group.

Remove a User Group from a User

Click on the “Remove” option next to the group you’d like to remove and confirm you would like them removed from the group.
