Once you have initially populated a content group and used it in a dynamic carousel or dynamic grid, you can continue to add new items to the group over time.
To add new items:
- Navigate to the relevant content group.
- Click “Add New Item” and complete the necessary details.
Will the new item be automatically added to a grid or carousel?
When you initially create your grid or carousel using a content group, there is an option to either select which items appear or for all items to appear.
If you selected “All”, then your new item will automatically appear in the grid or carousel. If “Select” was chosen then any new items need to be added in manually.
To include manually new items in your carousel or grid:
- Go to the section containing your carousel or grid.
- With the page selected from the left hand panel, click the three dots (⋯).
- Select “Settings”.
- Go to the “Dynamic Content” tab.
- Tick the plus next to each new item you’d like to include.
- Click “Confirm”.
- Click “Save” in the top corner to apply your changes.
