Tag Management

View and Edit a Single Tag

From the tag list, click “Edit” next to the appropriate tag.

Within that tag you have a number of tabs available to you.

Details

Change the title, by clicking on the title in the top left hand corner
Add a description for your reference
Add, or change the “Parent” tag, by clicking on the dropdown menu and selecting the appropriate tag. This will allow it to be nested underneath another tag.
View “Children” tags, that are nested under this tag. You can Edit or Delete these tags by clicking “Edit” or “Delete” alongside the child tag.

Related Media

View which media items are assigned to this tag.

Delete a Single Tag

You have a number ways of deleting a tag:

From the tag list, you can click “Delete” against a tag to delete it.
When editing an individual tag you can click “Delete” in the top right hand corner.

Any nested children tags will not be deleted and will be added to the main tag list.

Editing Multiple Tags

From the tag list, click on the checkbox against each tag you with to edit.

Above the tag list a number of options will appear. Clicking on “Edit selected” will allow you to reassign the tag(s) to a new parent tag. Select the relevant tag from the dropdown list, and then click “Update”.

Delete Multiple Tags

From the tag list, click on the checkbox against each tag you with to delete.

Above the tag list a number of options will appear. Clicking on “Delete selected” will open a confirmation window, click “Delete” to confirm that you want to delete these tags.
