Switch Between Admin and App

Platform Areas

Within the platform, there are two distinct areas of access.

For administrators and content creators, where experiences are created and content is maintained.

This is accessed from:

yourcompany.popcomms.app/admin

For reps and experience users, where those created experiences are accessed.

This is accessed from:

yourcompany.popcomms.app/app

Access to the admin portal is assigned at a user group level.

If a user is part of any user group with admin access, they will be able to access the admin portal.

Within a user group, this is enabled within Permissions > Admin, when the “Access” permission is checked.

If you have the enabled permission, then you can easily switch between the Admin Portal and App.

Click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner, and then click on “Switch to App” or “Switch to Admin”.
