The media library picker is used whenever you need to insert an asset into your experiences.
When you wish to insert media to use within your pages, after you’ve clicked on the appropriate button or page area, the media library picker will display.
Finding the right asset
Within the media library picker, you can:
- Search by title
- View by your media library folders where you have previously organized your content.
- Sort by title or date.
- Select which media type to filter by.
- View it as a list or a grid.
- Search by tags if you have previously tagged your media.
Selecting an asset
Simply click on the item or items you wish to use.
Then in the top corner, click insert or uptake, depending on the context.
When you are selecting multiple media items, you can remove items by:
- Unchecking the thumbnail
- Within the item selected box you can deselect individual items
- Press clear to remove all items from being selected
Uploading an asset
You can also upload a new item on the upload tab.
Click on “upload files”. You can then:
- Amend the title
- Add to an existing folder
- Apply tags
Click upload and insert to add to your page.
