You can link directly to another page, within the current or another section. If appropriate, you can also pre-filter a grid or carousel.
Add a link to a specific page
To link to a known, specific page, then from the link panel:
- Go to “Pages and Actions“
- Select “Custom Link“
- From the dropdown “Section”, select the relevant section.
- From the dropdown “Pages”, select from the list of pages within that section is shown.
- Click “Save“
By default the “First Page (Dynamic)” will be used, unless otherwise specified. Please note that if this is used, then it is dynamic, so if the page order in the section is subsequently changed, then the first page linked to will change too.
Adding a filter
If you are linking to a page which utilises dynamic content to populate a grid or carousel then you can pre-filter the results that page by entering a tag when you add the link.
When you select the page from the dropdown, a new field will appear called “Filter by Tag Relationship“. In this field, enter one or many tags that you would like to pre-filter by.
When being used in your experience, as a user clicks on the link, they will be taken to the relevant page and the results will be filtered based on that link.
