Images should be optimised before being uploaded to the platform. Our recommendation is to keep images to HD resolution 1920*1080 at 96DPI.
Vector-Based Graphics
The platform supports the filetype SVG for vector-based graphics.
Videos
The platform supports the filetype MP4 for video content.
Videos should be optimised before being uploaded to the platform. Our recommendation is to keep videos to HD resolution 1920*1080 at H.264 compression.
We recommend using a program like Handbrake with a ‘Fast 1080p30’ preset.
Other file types such as .mov, .mkv, .avi, .wmv, .flv are not supported.
PDFs
The platform supports the filetype PDF.
Inbuilt links are supported and can be activated on a per-item basis in the media library.
3D Models
The platform support the filetype GLTF for 3D models.
