Access and Password
Accessing the Platform
To get started, access the platform through your company’s dedicated URL in your web browser.
This is a unique link provided by your organisation and is where you’ll always go to log in and access the platform.
If your company has any publicly available Experiences, you may see these when the page loads. To view the full list of Experiences available to you, use the Log in button in the top-right corner.
If there are no public Experiences, you’ll be taken directly to the login page.
Setting Your Password for the First Time
If this is your first time logging in, you won’t have a password yet.
- On the login screen, select Forgot password.
- Enter your work email address and submit the request.
- You’ll receive an email containing a secure link.
- Click the link and set your password.
- Return to the login screen and sign in using your email address and new password.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to access all Experiences available to you.
Initial View
After logging in, you’ll see the Experiences available to you. Click Launch on an Experience to open it. If an Experience contains a large amount of content, such as multiple videos or media items, it may take a moment to load the first time.
An Experience is a curated space that brings together content, assets, and tools for a specific purpose, such as onboarding, sales enablement, or training. Inside an Experience, you can move between sections using the navigation, scroll through content, and open media like videos, documents, or links.
Each Experience is unique to your organisation and is designed around specific goals or workflows. Your internal team can provide guidance on how each Experience is intended to be used, including recommended use cases and walkthroughs.
Using the Fulfilment Basket
As you work through an Experience, you can add relevant content to a fulfilment basket. This allows you to collect files, links, and resources in one place without interrupting your flow or downloading items individually.
When you’re ready, open the fulfilment basket, enter the customer’s details, and submit it.
The customer will receive a single email containing a link to a shared space where they can browse and access all of the items included in the basket. Content is shared as links rather than email attachments, allowing you to include large videos and files without running into email size limits.
Depending on how your Experiences are configured, you may also receive a copy of the fulfilment email.
Each fulfilment is automatically logged in the analytics platform for tracking and reporting purposes.
Installing & Offline Access
You can start using an Experience immediately online with no installation required. If you need access without an internet connection, you can also install an Experience locally to make its content available offline.
Installing an Experience in Chrome
If you’re using Chrome, click the Install icon in the address bar, then confirm the installation in the pop-up window.
This will install and open the Experience as a standalone app and automatically create a desktop shortcut.
Once the app opens, close it and then reopen it using the desktop shortcut. The Experience will begin downloading its content so it can be used offline.
Installing an Experience in Edge
If you’re using Edge, click the Install icon in the address bar and confirm the installation in the pop-up window.
The Experience will open as a standalone app and you’ll be prompted to choose how you’d like to access it. Adding a desktop shortcut is recommended.
After the app opens, close it and reopen it from the desktop shortcut. The Experience will then download its content for offline use.
